Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Bikini Bottoms
  • Bikini Tops
  • Bralettes
  • BODY products
  • BEAUTY products
These items must be in their original, unopened packaging with hygiene seals intact to be eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, securely package the items with the original tags still attached and ship them to our return address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition with tags attached
  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe: Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
