We are proud to offer international shipping to most regions worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95
- Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50.
- Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items for hygiene reasons once their protective seals have been broken or if they show any signs of use:
- Bikini Bottoms
- Bikini Tops
- Bralettes
- BODY products
- BEAUTY products
These items are only eligible for return if they are in their original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals completely intact.
The Return & Exchange Process
- Submit Your Request:

- Use the template provided at the bottom of this page to ensure we receive all necessary information quickly.
- Wait for Approval:
- Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with approval and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
- Ship Your Return:
- Once approved, securely package the item(s) with the original tags still attached.
- Ship them to our return address (provided in your approval email).
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process it within 3-5 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must:
- Be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be in the original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Information
- Refund Timeframe: Once your return is received and processed, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded directly to the original card.
- PayPal: Refunded directly to your PayPal account.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was defective. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
